Open Profile, then Settings, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and you are signed out on every device.
Delete your Suskii account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the web. Nothing is charged and no reason is needed.
On the web
Sign in to Suskii on the web with the same phone number or email, open Settings, and choose Delete account.
Changed your mind?
Sign in again before the deletion date and choose Keep my account. Nothing is lost.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- After a 30-day grace period your name, phone number, email address, trusted contacts and favourites are erased, and the account can no longer be signed in to.
- Records of jobs you took part in — payments, refunds, payouts, messages and proofs — stay with those jobs for as long as the law and dispute rules require, without your contact details.
- Open jobs, open disputes or money left in your wallet must be settled first; the app tells you if one is in the way.
